#1 📅 PRIME DAY DEAL RECCOS || REQUIREMENTS ARE BECOMING MORE STRICT Prime Day will be here sooner than you think! - Shipments need to land at fulfillment centers no later than 6/20 - Aim to have shipped by mid-may at the absolutely latest Amazon is pushing out less deals in total this Prime Day AND forecasts have increased during first two weeks of July ’24. What this means for our brands who are not getting deal recs: - PED's are likely going to be where we will need to push - start talking about that with brands sooner rather than later to align - Clean up any reference/list pricing issues now so there aren't suppressions to PED's - If you need to be on sale in the 30 days leading up to prime day, use a coupon instead of a sale price so it doesn't impact your Prime Day pricing - External traffic will be crucial. If your brand is not getting lightning deals during prime day & the help of Amazon's merchandising, you will want to push for support from the brand to drive traffic. #2 🚛 LOST SHIPMENT || HOW TO TRACK DOWN AND CLAIM - First get confirmation from the 3PL the shipment was actually picked up. Request a signed BOL for proof of pickup. - Then, go to the carrier website (carrier name should be on BOL) and track the shipment in their portal. If needed, contact the carrier via their support. Request a POD (proof of delivery) - If you get a POD, then you can work with Amazon support to hopefully locate the missing shipment and expedite receiving. - Be sure to track with the carrier via the 3PL if not easily found. Most of the time they will send signed BOL immediately upon pickup if requested. #3 🖥 BRAND STORE || CHANGE YOUR URL TO MATCH THE BRAND NAME - Open case through ad console - Contact us > stores > short URL > ask them to change to what you want
