𝐈𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬? In this example from my colleague Transformation Architect Dorothy Di Stefano it's literally about "moving as one". 𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐟 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜? As an audience, we would immediately notice. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬. If part of your organisation is dancing to a different beat, customers will see. Detail errors can temporarily be forgiven, yet for a great performance, all parts of your company have to act as one. 𝐓𝐎 𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐄𝐕𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃: 👉 𝐀 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐲 In spite of years of journey mapping, personas, and more, many organisations still lack a clear experience vision and framework. If your people don't really know the dance (or it's unremarkable), it's hard for them to deliver something unique. 👉 𝐀 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 Like a great dance performance, the delivery of a unique customer experience requires continuous attention to every single detail. Every movement of the business. Your people will only develop this stamina if they actually ENJOY focusing on the customer and the work they do. 👉 𝐀𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐞𝐝 Even the best choreography will underwhelm if the stage, lighting and dancer's equipment aren't aligned to its delivery. Which means your people - also - need the tools, incentives, and working conditions necessary to deliver the expected experience. 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫-𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬, 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬. It's about giving your people the DIRECTION and DESIRE to deliver a great performance, and providing the ENVIRONMENT to help them excel. If I looked at your experience as I would look at this group of dancers, would I be impressed? Or would I wince? Think about it! 𝘗𝘚. 𝘞𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 '𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭' 𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘳-𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘺? Dance is a universal language that transcends cultural, linguistic, and social boundaries. It is a powerful form of self-expression, storytelling, and communication that has been an integral part of human culture since ancient times. In its various forms, dance has evolved as a medium of artistic expression, social interaction, and personal fulfillment. choreography - Kapil Verma #dance #performingarts #schoolculture #hiphop #choreography #potential #funk

Last month, I attended a choreography dance session for the first time in nearly a decade. Naturally, things have changed, and everyone around me was dancing far better than I was. While they quickly picked up the entire chereography, I was still figuring out the first few steps. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed the session. The vibe was fantastic, and even though everyone was much younger than me, they were incredibly encouraging. Watching them inspired me to keep going. Yesterday, I went for another session. Once again, I couldn't keep up with the others, but the atmosphere and energy were simply awesome. For me, it's not about mastering every step perfectly but it's about the vibe and the journey. These young dancers make me feel amazing and motivate me to keep coming back. I've realized this experience applies to everything in life, whether it's your job or any other activity. The people around you can help you grow, encourage you to do better, and inspire you to learn new things. If you find yourself in an environment that makes you feel demotivated or worthless, it's time to seek out people who uplift and inspire you. #positivity #growth

We are all artists 🤗💜 Thanks for your important healing work in the world Kristen Mangione 🤲 "Storytelling is not a matter of words. Indeed, words are only one particular – and arguably small – part of the story world. That images can tell stories is universally accepted, and we do not need to translate such stories into words in order to understand them. Objects are images, but much more than that, they are sensuous things touching us with their affective power, imbued with an aura of the unspeakable. They may provide hard forensic evidence or fleeting feelings that are difficult to grasp, but without things there can’t be any stories. We live in and are part of a material world which is also one of magic and metamorphosis, where everything moves and flows, where things and people, voices and silences, nature and culture, times and places, realities and imaginations cannot be separated but mingle in ever-changing ways. From this rich pool of being and becoming stories emerge: told in words or whispers, caught in a glimpse or touch, written on paper or carried on an object, overt or oracle, exposed in the limelight or hidden in the shadows. What matters is not so much the voice, but the listening, the ability to perceive, to sense, to tune in, to feel, to dream. Every thing and every body has a story to tell, if only we can hear it. Artists, seers and poets can be useful guides." Solveigh Goett #legacyartist #legacy #thingswekeep #thingsthatmatter #thingsweleavebehind

📝 Different communication strategies - While somes luxury Maisons focus on fuzzy campaign and/or the need to showcase regularly their positioning or brand-new initiatives, others like CELINE count on post scarcity (check LinkedIn). No strategy is nailed when drafted; the implementation is all and it depends on their image. No size fits all #CELINE #brandstrategy

My phrase captures the essence of #resilience through a #musical metaphor. It suggests that enduring #efforts and #determination create the most memorable and impactful #outcomes. Just as a #melody lingers, the fruits of #perseverance transform challenges into #opportunities, #painting #life's #journey with rich, harmonious tones. This #perspective encourages embracing struggles, as they contribute to the #beautiful #symphony of #achievements.

Starting a new job is like walking onto the dance floor in unfamiliar shoes. You know the steps, you have the rhythm, and you've performed before, but something feels just a little off. The dance has changed — you've been doing the tango and now you have to learn how to waltz. The fundamental knowledge is there. Your creativity. Your experience. Your expertise. But the choreography is different, and it takes time to learn the new routine. You've stepped into a routine that’s already in motion. You have insights, fresh ideas, and a unique style, but there’s also an awareness of not wanting to step on anyone’s toes. You tread lightly, observing, learning the rhythm of the group, and trying to figure out where your movements fit in. At some point, you muster up the courage to take the lead, and maybe you stumble. Your first solo doesn’t quite land. You went off track, losing sync with the established beat of your partner. I want to remind you (and myself) that that's okay. Every dancer knows that mastering a new routine takes time. You learn through those missteps, finding your footing with each turn. Even though the routine is different, you have the skills to master it. Like any dance, it's a partnership, and soon you'll be moving in perfects synchronization with your team. #newjob #teamwork
