As the end of the year approaches, it’s time to get reflective. Anyone that knows me knows that I’m a little bit obsessed with my self reflection processes heading into a new year. It’s a time to afford yourself some space. Space to reflect, think, plan, goal set, map out your intentions for 2025 and commit to changes you want to make in your life. Here are some of the prompts I’ll be starting with in my journal over the break: ➡️ What are my highlights of 2024? (I usually scribble down month by month). ➡️ During these best moments, what was happening and who was I being? ➡️ What would I like to leave behind in 2024? ➡️ Who do I want to be in 2025? ➡️ What wins do I want to be celebrating this time next year? ➡️ In what ways do I stand in my own way to achieve such things? I hope these prompts inspire some of you to do the same. I’ve got a long holiday coming up and plenty of empty journal pages, I can’t wait!

How was your holiday break? Did it feel like it flew by, or was it just enough to recharge for the year ahead? For me, the short vacay was a perfect mix of rest and reflection. It was a time to pause, celebrate the little wins of 2024, and think about what’s next. Now, it’s back to the grind—but with a fresh perspective and renewed energy. My focus this year is on intentional growth—whether that’s personal, professional, or helping others achieve their goals. Here’s to starting 2025 with clarity and purpose. Let’s set those goals, take it step by step, and make this a year to remember. What’s the one thing you’re most excited to tackle this year? Drop it in the comments—I’d love to hear it!

January 2025 is here, and I know many of you are in full "New Year, New Me" mode. But let me be real— my personal new year doesn’t kick off until March when I celebrate my birthday. Still, there’s something about this time of year that invites us to pause, reflect, and recalibrate. One of my favorite ways to step into a new chapter is by starting with a Done List. Yes, a DONE list! ✅ Before I dive into what’s next, I take a moment to celebrate the big wins, the small victories, and even those challenges I tackled head-on. Because here’s the thing: when you stop to honor how far you’ve come, you set the tone for what’s ahead. So, before you start mapping out those big 2025 goals, let’s reflect: ✨ What are you most proud of from last year? ✨ What challenges did you overcome that made you stronger? ✨ How can you build on those wins as you step into this year? Whether your new year starts in January, March, or honestly any random Tuesdday, every single day is an opportunity to grow, realign, and move with purpose. Let’s make 2025 the year of bold moves, intentional action, and big celebrations. 🎉 Stay tuned because I’ll be sharing more in my upcoming workshop, Start Strong: Celebrate Wins, Crush Goals (details dropping soon—I got you!). Now, tell me—what’s one win you’re carrying into 2025? Drop it in the comments—I’m ready to celebrate YOU! 🥂💫 #NewYearNewMindset #StartStrong #CelebrateYourWins #CrushYourGoals

Just one more month until 2025. Crazy, right? Before the year ends, let’s pause and look back. Even if you feel like you haven’t made big progress, take a closer look. The effort, resilience, and dedication you’ve shown are worth celebrating. Here’s why appreciation matters: - It reminds you of the strides you’ve taken, even if they seem small. - It shifts your focus from what’s missing to what you’ve accomplished. - It fuels your motivation to keep going. So as the year wraps up, give yourself credit: - Appreciate how far you’ve come. - Celebrate the small wins and lessons along the way. - Recognize the effort you’ve put into showing up, day after day. The results will come, but for now, honor the journey. You’ve made it this far, and that’s something to be proud of. Found this helpful? Repost and let others know! ♻️ P.S. What’s one thing you’re most proud of in 2024?

There’s still so much you can accomplish in these final days of 2024! "How do you do it, Mick?" It's simple, I fit my business into my life and not my life into my business. As we gear up for another pretty epic summer with my 9 year old Macallister, I already did a few things in preparation: 1. Blocked off key dates on my calendar. The week of July 5th we are moving and I blocked off the whole week. No work to be done. We also are working on a couple out of town trips to attend some Major League Soccer games. 2. Blocked off times during the day I'm not available. For example, on the days he is with me, I'll wake up at 4 and work until 11. Then, it's full on Macallister Ultimate mode. The weeks he is at soccer camp from 9-3, I'll wake up at 4, work until 6, spend time with him and get him to the camp, and then work until 3. Once 3 hits, Dad Ultimate reappears. 3. Delegated tasks to my team. Ma. Elena Arambala, Janine Teodoro, Antonette Cheng, & April are all amazing. AND, ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOU TOO! Find the right people. Empower them to be their best. Give them authority to act on your behalf. And, let them do their thing. 4. Set clear boundaries by communicating clearly about my availability. I'm not available in the evenings for events or meetings. Convening people together at PurposeDriven.Coffee & Best Lunch Ever is the best way for me to connect with new people and stay in touch with my professional network. 5. And, perhaps most importantly, I say "no" a lot. If you aren't saying no to other people, you're saying no to the most important person - you. And, you can only be as good as you are healthy. This summer, say "yes" to yourself. All this while launching the 100 YEAR MANIFESTO ACADEMY. Launch Parties begin in June! Interested in attending? Drop me a message. How are you preparing for this to be an epic summer? I'd love to hear about it.
