It's not unusual for some social media agencies to assign 10-15 clients per team member. Here at TMSC, we usually only have 3-4 clients each! Why? Because we're not interested in overburdening our staff and having a high turnover (have you ever noticed how some social media agencies are constantly hiring!?) And because we don't believe in offering "good enough" social media packages. When you work with us, you get a true end-to-end social media management package. One that includes strategy, in house content creation, community management and so much more. There's no hidden fees where we turn around and say you need to outsource certain parts of the job, such as videography. We love being hands on, and having enough time to do a really great job for each client. And that's why most of our clients have been with us 12+ months and counting. When I hear horror stories of working with and for other agencies, it just solidifies my purpose. I started a social media agency because I wanted to do things differently. Completely agree with this! It’s necessary to be clear with expectations from the role so that the marketer can be properly compensated, and so that the companies needs are properly being addressed also
