5moI am writing this with deep frustration and anger. We purchased a Piaggio EV AUTO from Enext Mobility around 1-2 years ago, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Last year, we faced a major battery issue, which was resolved after much back-and-forth. Now, for the past 5 months, the same problem has returned, and it’s making our lives miserable. When the battery drops to 25%, the auto stops, leaving my 62-year-old father stranded. Despite multiple visits to your Jhagipuri workshop, no solution has been provided. Over the last 5 days, my father has had to pull the auto himself to the nearest charging station. This is utterly unacceptable. Today, the auto refused to start again, and he’s now pulling it 15 kilometers to the workshop. I have video proof of this nightmare. I Today, once again, the auto refused to start. My father is now pulling it 15 kilometers to reach the workshop. This is heart-wrenching to witness, and it’s emotionally exhausting for our family. We are paying monthly EMIs for this auto, but thanks to its constant breakdowns, my father hasn’t been able to work for the past 5 days. How are we supposed to make the payments when the vehicle itself is unreliable? Auto number: DL53G0531
