In a high-resolution crystal spectrometer setup, our 2048 × 2048 BI CCD camera camera was used to capture precise X-ray data for advanced experiments. Mounted in the inner spectrometer, it detected X-rays with pinpoint accuracy, thanks to its 2,048 × 2,048 pixels and 13.5 × 13.5 μm² pixel size.
