When Tommy Lewis was brought to Piedmont Henry's Emergency Department after a bicycle accident, our trauma team acted quickly to stabilize him. While Tommy was recovering, the team learned that his bike—his only mode of transportation—had been destroyed in the accident. That’s when Justin Connelly, one of our amazing ED nurses, stepped in. Justin went above and beyond, purchasing Tommy a new bike and helmet. “I was not expecting this,” Tommy said. “I believe it is important for people to care for each other.” We couldn’t agree more, Tommy! Caring for our community goes beyond treatment—it’s about making a positive difference whenever we can.

As a marketer the initial attraction of CellAED was working on a product that challenges the norm and creates its own category. But witnessing the direct impact our product has on real lives and in this case Bernadette’s life, is like nothing I’ve experienced in a role before. It’s not only professionally fulfilling, but deeply motivating to know that what we're building is making a real, life-saving impact. We saved a life. #Innovation #CellAEDsaveslives #HeartHealth #InnovationForGood #LifeSavingTechnology
We are humbled to share an incredible story of a young mother whose life was saved thanks to the quick actions of responders and early access to defibrillation with #CellAED. After suddenly collapsing from cardiac arrest, Bernadette's life hung in the balance. But thanks to the bravery and speed of those around her, Bernadette is now home with her kids, where she belongs, thanks to #CellAED. Another incredible reminder of why every action counts and why we do what we do. Together, we can make a difference and help save more lives and reunite more families. To all the responders who acted quickly—thank you for being the true heroes of this story ❤️ Let’s keep spreading the word about the importance of CPR and access to early defibrillation when every second counts. A life saved. A young woman brought back from cardiac arrest thanks to a community responder armed with a CellAED® and an organized response system. This story reinforces why I believe so strongly in the power of community volunteer responders carrying ultra-portable AEDs as a promising and viable strategy for managing sudden cardiac arrest. Conventional public access defibrillation models—while important—are not enough. The integration of revolutionary technology, like the CellAED®, and platforms such as GoodSAM or PulsePoint that connect responders to emergency dispatch, represents the future of cardiac arrest response. The CellAED® is a compact, lightweight device that can fit into a backpack, purse, or glovebox. When combined with the rapid mobilization of civilian volunteers or community responders via these innovative systems we can delivery opportunities for early defibrillation that were not possible in the past. This story is a testament to what happens when we rethink the limits of public access defibrillation and embrace portable, connected solutions. Let’s continue to push boundaries to make cardiac arrest survival stories the rule, not the exception. #cellaedsaveslives #innovation #medtech #technology #suddencardiacarrest

It's FAQ Friday again! Question: I live in New York City. My loved one, my Dad lives in California. He is showing signs of forgetfulness and we have no relatives on the west coast. How do I manage his senior care? Answer: The situation you are in is one of the main reasons we founded CARESULTANTS. The additional burden of figuring out how to find and manage the needed care can be very complex on families who are out of state. We can examine the needs your Father has and provide clear next steps with/for you so that you can stay where you are while we oversee the process. Once we define the right care plan together we can coordinate and manage the journey. #FAQs #Caresultants #CaregivingJourney

We're excited to announce the launch of our Navigators programme 💚 Specially trained Navigators based in HULL ROYAL INFIRMARY, Scunthorpe General Hospital and Diana Princess Of Wales Hospital are reaching out to patients aged between 11 and 35 who have suffered injuries linked to violence. To help the young people make positive changes, the Navigators will build trust, direct them to local services and offer informal mentoring. 🤝 We’ve commissioned NHS Humber Health Partnership to develop this vital service, in partnership with Tigers Trust and The Blue Door. Together, they will support young people affected by violence and guide them towards a brighter future.
