Sia dai dal periodo in cui prestavo servizio presso l'ufficio tecnico che successivamente al service, ho avuto modo di di stare a contatto con te, con i nostri tecnici e quindi di trasferire loro le conoscenze di cui avevano bisogno per poter svolgere il lavoro. �� un lavoro importante perch��? Il di quello di cui io mi occupo mi sono sempre occupato, il i controlli elettrici elettronici. Dando una grande mano al funzionamento dei macchinari, quindi la conoscenza della tecnologia, la conoscenza dei funzionamenti. Fa s�� che si arrivi a al target che ci siamo prefissati, per cui trasmettere queste conoscenze l'ho fatto sia da responsabile dell'ufficio tecnico elettrico elettronico che anche da operatore del service, quindi ho avuto modo di girare con dei colleghi pi�� giovani, ai quali ho fatto, ho insegnato, ho insegnato anche qualche trucco del mestiere. O anche a dei tecnici di di maggiore esperienza? E per�� con minore conoscenza dei nostri macchinari, quindi avere da una parte un bagaglio tecnico, ma avere anche la conoscenza del funzionamento dei macchinari aiuta nello svolgimento delle proprie mansioni. �� stata una grossa soddisfazione perch�� poi questi colleghi mi hanno ringraziato perch�� grazie a agli insegnamenti hanno anche loro raggiunto dei traguardi importanti.
