The attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump was a despicable act of political violence. It was also yet another act of gun violence by a young man with a weapon he probably should not have been able to get his hands on. We as a nation need to come together to denounce all forms of political violence and incendiary rhetoric across the spectrum. And we also need to come together to discuss reasonable and rational policy responses to gun violence and inappropriate access to firearms. And no, it is never “too early” to discuss either of these topics. 97Percent #Trump #politicalviolence #gunviolence #gunreform

TDC can post whatever they want, we have freedom of speech ensured by our Constitution. Actually, anyone can post whatever they want, although the LinkedIn fact checkers seem to hinder the posts of conservatives, even when they are factually correct. My purpose in this post is to advise everyone to do your own fact checking. The TDC post here is not true! Check it out yourself!
Guns are the No. 1 killer of children. Joe Biden is doing something about it. Trump does what the NRA tells him to do. But let's go even further - tell Congress to ban assault weapons and large capacity magazines and pass comprehensive legislation to reduce gun violence here: http://bit.ly/31cmLXG #GunSafetyNow

Donald Trump got shot - but how did this happen? It wasn’t a terrorist attack, but a 20-year-old kid who was a registered supporter of Trump’s Republican party. So how did a 20-year-old get his hands on a rifle? See trump is not alone - there were over 630 random mass shootings in the US last year. But how is it so easy to get a gun in the US? It’s because the US has gone crazy in the name of freedom - their constitution says that every citizen has the right to own a gun. Sometimes it is easier to get a gun than buy alcohol - come, show your ID proof, and walk away with a gun. There are over 400 million guns in the US - almost one for every citizen. But the solution is easy - tougher gun laws - so why is it not implemented? It is because the US gunmakers’ lobby is now one of the most powerful political organizations in the country, and the lobby claims that more guns mean a safer US. The lobby secretly funds politicians who support them - so the whole system is sold out. #trump #donaldtrump #elections #shooting #gunlaws #assassination

Trump was shot at by a registered Republican. Two people died. This picture will be one of the most famous/infamous in history. The shooter was white. Not all white people or Republicans are violent, but we need bipartisan gun control. We can call it the Trump Protection Act. The United States is terrifying now and I am terrified.

No more violent threats or attacks on local pollwatchers, election officials, elected officials, or their spouses & families; no more use of the term "Second Amendment solution"; No more loose comments like the one from North Carolina's MAGA candidate for Governor that "some people need killing;" No more calling for violent political actions, like "Hang Mike Pence," No more manufacture, distribution, sale or possession or AR-15's for civilian use, or other weapons of war; no more glorification of violence as a method of political action; no more guns; no more gun violence.

This image will mark the last 2 decades of Global Politics and perhaps the next decade too. The far right and far left have lost their way. Time to bring the world back to the middle path. Our beloved neighbour in the south just had it's (What I believe) seventh presidential assasination attempt - Lincoln, Kennedy, Reagan, Roosevelt, Garfield, Mckinley and Trump. 4 of them were killed. !! Inspite of all this gun violence, US still remains the #1 country people wish to migrate to. Look at the number of people choosing the donkey route through Mexico to sneak into US. US just announced an entrepreneural visa which is a much better option than the Startup Visa from Canada. All you need is a startup registered in the US in thr last 5 years. Over $275,000 invested in your company by investors and you have at least 10% stake in your own startup. Good luck Canada, time to wake up and smell the roses 🙂. Are we ready to compete with Portugal, Latvia, Costa Rica, and the US? How about Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia? Inspite of it being scary, Africans and Asians still prefer America to Canada unless America fails to stop the downward spiral with homelessness and the drug epidemic. Canada needs to get it's inflation in order and the illegal gun trade taking over the country. We need to get the immigration policies back to where we were before 2019. I am glad to see we are getting the bad actors in higher education under the chopping block. It is time to hit the reset button. So what do we need to do to be prepared? Focus on upskilling our soft skills. Focus on improving our technical skills. Be prepared with prompt engineering and AI support in all future roles. The world is going to see a lot more online attacks using AI and we must have the gift of discernment armed with education anf knowledge. In a world of sheep choose to be as cunning as a fox. We must cultivate the ability to see a hoax from miles away. Be super focussed on becoming financially free as fast as possible so that world events don't affect your daily lives. Live free of financial bondage just like Trump does. 🙂You have only one life. Live it on your own terms. Feel free to DM me if you want to know how. See you on the other side 🚀
