"Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun." - Mary Lou Cook Creativity is often seen as the color and music in the tapestry of life. It's a dance between the known and the unknown, where new ideas are born and the impossible becomes possible. Mary Lou Cook's words capture the essence of creativity beautifully, reminding us that it's not just about producing art or something new—it's about the spirit with which we approach life itself. 1. Inventing is the heart of creativity. It is about seeing beyond the current reality to what could be. Take the story of Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, who invented the first Apple computer in a garage. They saw the potential for personal computing before it was a reality, changing the world as we know it. 2. Experimenting is about trying new things without fear of failure. Consider Thomas Edison, who famously said, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." His relentless experimentation led to the creation of the light bulb, among other inventions. 3. Growing through creativity means constantly learning and evolving. J.K. Rowling's journey from a struggling single mother to the author of the Harry Potter series is a testament to growth. She transformed her life through her writing, inspiring millions in the process. 4. Taking risks is inherent in creativity. Without risk, there is no reward. Elon Musk risked his entire fortune on SpaceX and Tesla, pushing the boundaries of space travel and automotive technology. 5. Breaking rules can lead to breakthroughs. Pablo Picasso broke away from traditional painting techniques to help create Cubism, which revolutionized modern art. 6. Making mistakes is a natural part of the creative process. It is how we learn and improve. Walt Disney was once fired for lacking imagination and having no good ideas. He went on to build an empire based on creativity. And finally, having fun is what makes the journey worthwhile. When we enjoy the process, we're more open to creative thinking. Richard Branson embodies this principle, bringing a sense of play to all his business ventures. In conclusion, creativity is not just about what we create, but how we live our lives. It is about embracing the unknown, learning from our experiences, and finding joy in the process. Whether we are inventing the next technological marvel or simply finding a new way to solve a problem at work, creativity is the spark that lights up our world. It is a reminder that life is not just a series of tasks to be completed, but a canvas to be painted with our brightest colors. So let's pick up the brush and start painting! 🎨 If you like this, kindly FOLLOW or CONNECT with Martin Landry ®️. Thank you.

CARB BLOCKER SKU: 17502IN / WEIGHT: 0.08KG Carb Blocker is a dietary supplement offered by Modere India, designed to support weight management efforts by helping to reduce the caloric impact of starchy foods. It is formulated with ingredients that are believed to interfere with the digestion of complex carbohydrates, thereby reducing the number of calories that are absorbed from such foods. Here are some key points about Modere's Carb Blocker: White Kidney Bean Extract: The primary ingredient in Carb Blocker is derived from white kidney beans, which is thought to inhibit the enzyme responsible for digesting starches. This can potentially reduce the conversion of these starches into glucose and ultimately fat. Weight Management: Carb Blocker is intended to complement a healthy diet and exercise program by assisting in the management of weight and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Usage: It is recommended to take the product before meals containing starches, as per the instructions on the label or as advised by a healthcare professional. Compliance: As with all dietary supplements, it is important to ensure that any claims made about the product are compliant with local regulations and guidelines. Modere India ensures that all product descriptions and benefits are in line with approved standards. https://lnkd.in/g2WHz3cP Take 3 capsules once a day, 5 minutes prior to your most carbohydrate-rich meal.
Thanks for having fun and playing along 🫶 my word was fortunate. Which is so funny because I've started something I never thought I'd enjoy. But before we get to that, what’s new and exciting in your world? https://lnkd.in/geqJiZUT https://lnkd.in/gZgt3Qp4

💼 "HR's job is easy," they say. Is it really? Let me share some thoughts from the HR perspective. 1. Navigating Complex Conversations: From handling sensitive issues like layoffs or disputes to managing career transitions, HR professionals often find themselves in the middle of emotionally charged situations. It’s about empathy, patience, and finding the right words when there are none. 2. Balancing Employee and Company Needs: Striking the right balance between what’s best for the employees and the company is a tightrope walk. Ensuring fairness while also aligning with business goals requires a deep understanding of both sides. 3. Adapting to Constant Change: Whether it's new regulations, shifts in company strategy, or changes in the workforce, HR has to be on top of it all. It’s about being agile, adaptable, and proactive in a world where change is the only constant. 4. Fostering a Positive Work Culture: Building and maintaining a healthy work environment isn’t just about organizing events or sending out newsletters. It’s about creating a space where people feel valued, supported, and motivated every single day. 5. Being the Go-To Problem Solver: When things go wrong, HR is often the first to step in. From mediating conflicts to addressing grievances, the role requires being a diplomat, counselor, and strategist all rolled into one. 6. Recruitment and Retention: Finding the right talent and ensuring they stay engaged is no small feat. It involves understanding the company’s needs, the market, and the unique motivations of each individual. HR isn’t just a job; it’s a multifaceted role that demands a combination of strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and resilience. So, the next time someone says HR is easy, remind them that behind every successful organization is an HR team working tirelessly to make it all possible. 🌟 #HumanResources #HRChallenges #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeEngagement #Leadership

You Didn’t Become Selfish—You Became Unstoppable. 💪 Let’s get one thing straight: you didn’t change for the worse—you grew smarter. You didn’t become selfish—you became harder to manipulate. Your worth is undeniable, and your strength? It’s the kind that makes people stop and take notice, whether they like it or not. Here’s the Truth: You’re a one-of-a-kind force, and the world isn’t ready for your energy. But that’s their problem, not yours. Be true to yourself, stick to your values, and don’t bail when things get tough. They may doubt you, dismiss you, or try to control you, but you’ve got one simple move: show them the finger (metaphorically, of course 🖕). Here’s Why You’re the One They Should Listen To: 1️⃣ You Depend on YOU Forget waiting for approval or handouts. You’re not here to depend on anyone else. Your skills, your grit, and your vision are all you need to succeed. Bet on yourself every time—and watch how the world catches up. 🚀 2️⃣ Stand Your Ground The doubters and naysayers will try to sway you. Don’t budge. Be true to who you are, even when it’s uncomfortable. Sticking it out isn’t just resilience—it’s a statement: “I’m here, and I’m not going anywhere.” 🏆 3️⃣ Own Your Worth They’ll see your value when it suits them, but YOU already know what you bring to the table. Don’t let anyone minimize it. You’re the kind of person who commands respect—not because you ask for it, but because you’ve earned it. 💥 4️⃣ Show Them Why You’re the Best Actions, not words. Let your skills and results speak for themselves. You don’t need to convince anyone—you’ll lead, they’ll follow. Period. 💼 Final Word: You’ve got what it takes, and the world will either get on board or step aside. You’re here to make an impact, to own your power, and to live on your terms. So, go out there and show them exactly why you’re the one calling the shots. Not because they told you to, but because YOU decided to. Your turn: What’s your mantra for owning your worth and standing your ground? Share it below! 👇 #BeUnstoppable #OwnYourWorth #SelfMade #Leadership #ActionsSpeakLouder #GrowthMindset #NoExcuses #ShowThemWhoYouAre Thank you credits Rupesh Kumar for the initiation. When a user can't use you no more, you become useless to them. But you gain so much more. Do the hard work of healing in therapy, with support and reinforcement for this new gain territory. As a deeply committed therapist and healer, I do what I teach. This lesson I know firsthand. -Dr. Tam
