I've learned a lot from Andy and Joe was leaders. They've got different leadership styles and I think if you're going to become a great leader is it's learning from the best leadership attributes of different leaders in your life. I learned a huge amount from observing Joel maybe nearly for 10 years, first of all when he was head coach at Leinster and then in Ireland. And then of course not long after Joe became the Irish coach, he brought Andy and his the defence coach. It was like leadership university watching Joe and Andy, both brilliant coaches, both world class coaches, contrasting styles. You can't have everybody who's like. Farrell you can't everybody who's like Joe Schmidt, great organization need to have contrast they leadership styles at different stages of their cultural evolution. So I'll give you a snapshot of the Andy style. Very empowering. Very much one of the team would sit at the kitchen table or sit down amongst the guys and the girls having the crack at dinner. Very family orientated. Joel be very family orientated, but maybe he didn't encourage as much of the family engagement with the squad. Andy as a leader created and relaxed working environment. Outside of training and training, incredibly intense, jewel in training, incredibly intense and in the training environment, still incredibly intense. We feel like you're doing a 14 hour work day, Andy, you're doing a probably an unbelievable 8 hour work day and the evening the guys and girls are chilling out in camp.
