I’m excited to announce the return of FoodNavigator’s Climate Smart Food Digital Summit on September 24–26. After explaining last year our view on sustainable farming, this year I will shed some light on the challenges local farmers are facing and how regenerative agriculture could be an approach to mitigate these. More in particular, I will elaborate ‘4-6-4’: 4 dimensions, 6 key principles and 4 process steps, all under the umbrella of a ‘measure based & outcome oriented’ approach. Outcomes will focus among others on GHG reductions coming from beet cultivation, something I see being of high relevance for many different businesses.
