Here’s a recent success story – a win-win for our latest client and the effectiveness of pkgd.design’s business model. Timeline: - Day 1: Client booked a discovery call, processed payment via Stripe, and uploaded work files through our automated onboarding process. - Day 2: We began working on their first design request. - Day 5: Client received two final designs, 3D models designed for manufacturing, and dimensioned technical drawings to take to suppliers. Why it Matters: The client needed a rapid turnaround to meet supply demands. Our subscription model and asynchronous tools made it possible. This 5-day turnaround—from introductions to manufacture-ready designs—was 800% faster than the traditional outsourcing methods I’ve experienced. And we achieved this without overworking, overcharging, or compromising on quality. Why it Works: - Our website serves as the “Statement of Work” (SOW). - Flat-rate, transparent pricing eliminates the need for “proposal” negotiations. - Upfront payment supersedes the wait time for contract signing. - All parties agree to “Terms & Conditions” in the same seamless step. - Asynchronous tools streamline “the brief’ process, allowing us to start the right work immediately and progress efficiently. Throughout my corporate career, I often encountered frustrating processes that stifled innovation. I’m thrilled to see how pkgd.design is breaking these barriers while delivering exceptional results. TL;DR: The design process doesn’t have to be complicated. Let’s just get things made.

𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗖’𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗙𝗦 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹 – 𝗔 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻-𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 ASIC’s 2023-24 Licensing Report (REP 797) reveals a significant upgrade to the AFS licensing process, driven by human-centered design principles. The new AFS licensing portal, set for launch in early 2025, will streamline how businesses apply for, maintain, and vary their licences, with a focus on user experience. Key benefits of the upcoming portal include: 🔹 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Known information will be pre-filled, reducing the need for applicants to repeatedly submit the same details, cutting down application time and effort. 🔹 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: By collecting all necessary documents upfront, ASIC expects fewer follow-up requests, leading to quicker licensing decisions and fewer delays. 🔹 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Based on insights from beta testing and seven user feedback sessions, the portal has been refined to be more intuitive and efficient. Guidance has also been enhanced to make navigating the application process easier. This approach will potentially reduce administrative burdens and make the #licensing process smoother for both new applicants and existing licensees. 👉 https://lnkd.in/gzMitvmY

What's the difference between MVP and MMF?🤔 MVP stands for Minimum Viable Product, while MMF stands for Minimum Marketable Feature. The main difference is that MVB focuses on creating the smallest version of a product with just enough features to satisfy early customers and gather feedback, whereas MMF concentrates on identifying and implementing the smallest set of features that can be released to the market and generate value or revenue. So, MVP is about testing the product concept, while MMF is about delivering value to users. #agiletransformation #scrummaster #deliverymanament
