Happy St Patrick's Day to all of those who celebrate! This is the final result from our story during the week with steady hands piping the chocolate topping! One of our clients this week went for a delicious Irish Stew with colcannon pancakes and finished with this incredible Guinness & Chocolate cake and a pretty Guinness inspired vegan chocolate mousse - although we cheated a little and topped them with choco shamrocks!!
