In this video, filmed in November 2023 , I was at an event organised by VES, which is the Association of Quality Clubs in the Netherlands. I was delivering a presentation on staff retention but at the point in this clip I'm talking about what I call generational clubs. And the question I was asking was have we been around long enough now where there are different types of clubs that different generations are attracted to, as opposed to what's closest or what's cheapest? 🔴🔵 𝐅𝐂 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐀 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 "𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛" | 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 2 𝐛𝐲 𝐅𝐃𝐈 Some time ago, we announced that we would be providing a regular opportunity to look behind the scenes of our partnership with FC Revera 1908. The aim of the cooperation is the complete transformation of the Club on the foundation of the "Club Development Model of FDI", the "Sports Development Model of FDI" and the "Academy Development Model of FDI". As part of our series, we will be focusing on intentions, substantive foundations, objectives, plans, tools and specific projects. Getting started. 🔍 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 In the course of initial discussions with representatives of FC Revera, we learned about the basis goals of the Club in the long term. In brief, these are: 🟥 full profesionalisation 🟥 European integration 🟥 Academy development 🟥 transfers of young players to Clubs from other European countries 🟥 Club as a hub for the regional community In the next steps, the FDI had many in-depth discussions, gathering a range of necessary data. We were keen to find out the following aspects: 🔷 understanding of the development process on the Club side 🔷 involvement of the management staff in day-to-day operations 🔷 current organisational structure 🔷 internal processes in place 🔷 practical work of the respective departments 🔷 perception of the will to transform among Employees 🔷 present state of infrastructure 🔷 existing logistical standards 🔷 status quo in terms of sports 🔷 prepared materials 🔷 planned projects for the near future 🔷 technologies used 🔷 other partnerships 🔷 financial possibilities 🔷 general situation in the region ❓ Why did we collect all the information? All our activities during this section were geared to prepare for the elaboration of the "𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐂 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚".
