2moWhen applying for a rent-to-own vehicle from Plant24 they offer results in just 1 Minute. How wonderful! If anyone knows how to sell a car, it’s a Planet24 sales person, super quick, super accommodating. Within a day or so, you will be collecting your car from the showroom floor. Contract signed and on your way. However, should the vehicle you end up signing a contract for, minimum 6 months, be faulty you will have to wait weeks for feedback. Two weeks to have a strip and quote approved and then some more to have the quote approved. This vehicle would have been faulty before you even took it from the show room floor. The mechanics stripping your car after waiting weeks for approval to do so will confirm this. During these weeks you might not have a way of getting to your work place and might end up losing your job. The same job that pays you a salary so that you can pay for the contract you have with Planet24. This is of no concern to Planet24 who at any given time has a showroom full of cars ready to go to the next lucky customer... You will send countless emails, make phone calls and end up pulling all your hair from your head before getting feedback from Planet24. You are now without a vehicle, unemployed and bald.
