Many times plants struggling to correlate their OEE KPIs to their PnL don't have an issue in calculating OEE (Availability, Performance, Quality) and the OUTPUT KPIs, but rather an issue in collecting the INPUTs that factor into the KPIs. If your using an average cycle time your Performance is wrong. If your not accurately reporting your downtime, your Availability is wrong.
