𝗘𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 ‘ 𝗟𝗼𝗹𝗮 ‘ 📸 @fortheloveofsucculent ( ig ) “ Lola' (bred by famed Echeveria hybridizer Dick Wright): A gorgeous result of the cross E. lilacina x E. 'Deresina'. Its thick layer of farina (epicuticular wax) gives this sturdy rosette the appearance of pearlescent marble with rosy, blushing undertones. Echeveria need bright sunlight to maintain their colors and compact rosette form. They will not survive a hard frost, but if there is a risk of freezing temperatures they can be brought indoors to grow on a sunny window sill or under a grow light. Like most succulents, they need great drainage and infrequent water to prevent rot. Pick containers with drainage holes and use well-draining cactus and succulent soil with 50% to 70% mineral grit such as coarse sand, pumice, or perlite. Water deeply enough for water to run out the drainage hole, then wait for the soil to fully dry before watering again. Also known as "Mexican Hens & Chicks", Echeveria can produce new offsets or "chicks" around the base of the mother plant. These chicks can be left to form a tidy cluster or removed and transplanted. Additionally, Echeveria can be propagated from stem cuttings or mature leaves. “ - https://lnkd.in/gGH7aWTK 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗶 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂! ⍗ www.plantsnap.com ⍗ #echeverialola #lola #Echeveria #echeverias #succulents #succulentlovers #succulent #succulentaddict #succulover #succulentgarden #succulentobsession #succulentlife #succulentoftheday #succulentlovers #plantoftheday #succulentsaturday #plantsnap

(Mother-in-Law's Tongue 'Zeylanica' is a variety of Sansevieria trifasciata, also known as Dracaena trifasciata 'Zeylanica') Snake plants can flower, though it's rare. When they do, they produce tall stalks with fragrant, white, tube-like flowers. Flowering is more likely when the plant is slightly stressed, such as being root-bound. After blooming, the flower stalk should be cut off. #plantcare #horticulturelife #indoorplantsmagic #snakeplant #rarebloom

Garlic Petals are part of the corolla, the collective term for all the petals of a flower. In garlic, the flowers are small and typically arranged in a cluster known as an umbel. Each garlic flower consists of six tepals, which are petal-like structures that are not differentiated into distinct petals and sepals. These tepals are usually white or pink and are arranged in two whorls of three. #Crops
