The whale has breached at Cronulla Mall, NSW 🐳 Completing the two-part playspace in the heart of Cronulla, the new Whale Head play sculpture by KOMPAN Design Studio depicts the whales that migrate along the coast and delight residents year after year. Paired with its tail in the north end of the mall, this play space encapsulates and represents the stories and experiences of the Cronulla community, and gives its central meeting place a new landmark to be proud of 🌊 "My fellow Councillors and I could not be prouder of the way these works have taken shape and the way the new look Cronulla Mall has been so readily embraced by shoppers and our business community alike," said Mayor Carmelo Pesce at the official playground opening last week.
