Koonoona Park 📍Koonoona Park, Villawood NSW Play by Design worked with KOMPAN Australia to deliver this one of a kind KOMPAN LOOPS play structure at Koonoona Park for Fairfield City Council. The eye-catching structure draws everyone’s attention with its fluid shape and bright green colour! This is the perfect piece of equipment for primary aged kids and teens wanting to test out their ninja warrior skills! It gives this older age group a place to burn some energy, challenge skills, exercise and most importantly have fun, which is often lacking at playgrounds. The playground also offers swings, spinners, basketball half court, a younger children's play area, table tennis, fitness area, toilets and accessible path system - it really does cater to all visitors! Check it out!

Moving story. Learning how to respond in an emergency takes a few hours of your time but can save a life. Visit redcross.org/take-a-class to learn about online and in-person certifications.
When 17-year-old Steven Amaro placed the defibrillator pads on his favorite teacher’s chest, one thought raced through his head. “I remembered my family saying children should never die before their parents,” the MacArthur High School senior said. “Knowing his mother was still alive and not wanting her to go through that is really what drove me to save him.” Nov. 7 started as a normal Thursday for Amaro and the dozen other students in the campus’s skateboarding club, Mac Skate. After school, they grabbed their boards and headed outside to “air around” on a kick ramp with the club’s sponsor, history teacher Adam Compton. The teenagers had been skating for less than an hour when Compton, 46, performed an ollie, leaping with his board without using his hands. He sat down to catch his breath and began hyperventilating. In a matter of seconds, he was on the ground and his eyes were closed. The students quickly jumped into action. https://bit.ly/3D395V4
