Customers engage with brands through multiple touchpoints like online research and reviews. - Insights as the foundation: Customer insights provide a valuable understanding of mindsets, needs, and motivations, guiding an effective decision journey. 2. Buyer Personas - Define buyer personas: Understand your target audience by developing buyer personas. - Profile your buyers: Gather demographic and behavioral data to create detailed profiles. - Use your buyer personas: Leverage these profiles to craft relevant marketing strategies. 3.
