The industry's focus on executive promotions, golfing, and leadership events is prevalent, but where is the emphasis on performance? True leadership and management seem to be lacking, with celebrations overshadowing the hard work of skilled craftsmen and women—the backbone of our success. When asked about my success in Collision Repair, I attribute it to recognizing the dignity in labor. These individuals are the industry's greatest asset, yet their daily contributions and challenges are often overlooked. My secret? Celebrating them and their unwavering dedication. They worked hard and long to achieve their Honda Pro First Certification! It was not an easy process. They excelled at every level! My business partners Rob Collins and Kelly Huard worked long and hard shoulder to shoulder with myself and this team to achieve this certification!
