National Adoption Month brings attention to the importance of lifelong, secure, and loving parenting that we all need. We want to raise awareness about the need for adoption and the important nuances that are a part of it. As we re-build, re-connect, and support permanency for young people, this can include adoption with kin including: grandparents, aunts, uncles, and even siblings! And don’t forget, adoption can happen at any age, from 2 to 22 and beyond! Plummer’s permanency practice ensures that adoptions are thoughtful, youth-guided, and transformative. Last year, 50% of the children we placed with loving, permanent families were children aged three and above. 💕🏡 Find out more about becoming a parent of an older child through adoption ➡️ https://lnkd.in/evmmZQKx. 💙 #YouCanAdopt #AdoptionIsLove #ProudtoAdopt #AdoptionIsFamily #UKAdoption
