On my way to Vietnam, a brief stop-over in Kuala Lumpur. Somehow, the city's rapid developments never bores. Maybe best epitomized by the latest development, the Merdeka 118 tower. For those who have seen the movie 'skywalkers' (worth the time, I think), the Merdeka stands at nearly 680 meters tall. Yes, an architectural marvel and Malaysia's new icon but also a symbol of its economic ambition. For over two decades, Larive International has been operating in Malaysia through our local partner, H2O Capital. Have solid 'feet on the ground' allows us to provide comprehensive support in business intelligence, market entry, and post-entry services. Malaysia's pro-business policies, strategic location, and robust infrastructure continue to attract international businesses. As the country advances, exemplified by projects like Merdeka 118, the business landscape presents both new opportunities and challenges. Austria topped the list of foreign investors in Malaysia for the first quarter of 2024, with the Netherlands being the third-largest foreign investor in Malaysia. Malaysia offers European investors a strategic gateway to Southeast Asian markets, boasting a stable economy, favorable business environment, and skilled workforce, all supported by well-developed infrastructure and liberal investment policies. By leveraging local market understanding, investors can better position themselves to capitalize on Malaysia's unique business environment and cultural landscape, ultimately increasing their chances of success in the Malaysian market. #Malaysia #emergingmarkets #localexpertise #H20 #Yit Jin Tham

During the Covid-19 pandemic, travel was restricted and physical distancing measures were put in place. AHK Indonesia (EKONID) were not immune to the impact. However, in line with our commitment to support bilateral business between Indonesia and Germany, EKONID continued to conduct business delegations and trade missions – assisted by advances in digital technology. That said, no amount of online interactions can truly replace face-to-face meetings (at least not yet). Two years after the pandemic, after travel restrictions and physical distancing measures were lifted, EKONID again returned to the format of physical business delegation visits and trade missions in promoting business relations between our two nations. EKONID will celebrate its 100th Anniversary on September 27, 2024. Stay connected and join us as we commemorate our 100-year journey. #100YearsOfExcellence #100YearsEKONID #EKONID #AHKIndonesien #PartnerInIndonesia
