Sharing knowledge is a passion of mine, and the recent training session I provided for project management was no exception. I had the pleasure of spending 9 hours with a group of 20 pharmaceutical experts at a leading Pharma company, diving deep into real-time project activities. The experience was truly enlightening, offering me a glimpse into the vast ocean of work within the pharma industry. While I thoroughly enjoyed the session, what truly warmed my heart was the incredible response I received. It's not every day that you receive a 5 out of 5 recommendations from all participants! I'm humbled by their feedback and grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact. Here are some insights from the feedback. I'm looking forward to continuing to share knowledge and make a difference. If you or anyone you know is looking for PMP trainers, feel free to reach out to Eagles Ascend or DM me on LinkedIn. Here's to more rewarding learning experiences ahead! #ProjectManagement #PharmaceuticalIndustry #TrainingSession #Feedback #PMP #KnowledgeSharing #ProfessionalDevelopment #MakingADifference #LearningAndDevelopment

As I dive deeper into project management, I see strong parallels with my work experiences in the pharmaceutical industry. One critical insight stands out: many companies in Egypt rush to launch new products without conducting feasibility assessments. This approach often fills pipelines with offerings that may not genuinely address patient needs or reflect the principles of corporate social responsibility. Imagine the transformation if The local pharmaceutical companies embraced structured project management practices, By prioritizing feasibility studies and benefit management, we could reshape the landscape—one that is both effective and ethical. This isn’t just about business; it’s about aligning our work strategies and values with a purpose: to make a lasting, positive impact on healthcare.

According to the National Health Institute, robust project management is crucial for a clinical trial's success. In a recent collaboration, MustardSeed partnered with a visionary biotech company interested in pursuing an expanded clinical trial following a successful Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Phase 1 human clinical trial. In order to plan and implement a second Phase 1 Investigational New Drug (IND) human clinical trial, our team created a robust integrated master schedule (IMS). ⭐ The IMS focused on coordinating regulatory, clinical, scientific, and manufacturing milestones to establish a timeframe for the trial. The schedule was integral for 2 reasons: 1. By facilitating cross-functional communication and coordination within our partner's fast-paced environment, we were able to establish the schedule as a single source of truth, aligning department and corporate leadership. 2. The IMS's transparent dashboards communicated progress, risks, and upcoming deliverables to all stakeholders in real time. ***************************************** What did the team learn from this project? 🤔 The balance between flexibility and structure is crucial when working with dynamic, early stage life sciences companies. In these start-up environments, change is one of the only few constants – meaning an overly rigid approach to project management is doomed to fail. At the same time, regulatory deadlines, FDA-approved protocols, and safety monitoring are inherently rigid parts of clinical trials and must be adhered to. The role of a good project manager is to find ways to introduce structure to chaos and balance these competing demands. #MustardSeedPMO #ClinicalTrials #ProjectManagement
