Your insights and practical tools will undoubtedly help attendees excel in their project management roles. Here's a recap of some of the insightful workshops: ✔ RAID Log Quick-Start Workshop by Kim Essendrup, PMP: This workshop demystified the power of RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) and equipped attendees with the knowledge and tools to keep their projects on track, manage challenges effectively, and ultimately achieve success.  All attendees received a complimentary 6-month license for RAIDLOG.com, the leading software for RAID log management. ✔ LEGO® Serious Play® methodology by Ralitza Stanoeva: This interactive workshop explored the theme "Me and the Leader in Me" using the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology. Participants gained valuable self-reflection, explored their leadership potential, and learned how to cultivate an authentic leadership style. ✔ GenAI Landscape for Project Professionals by Tomasz Grochowski: This hands-on session showcased the power of generative AI tools. Attendees learned how to leverage AI to enhance their project workflows, streamline tasks, and gain valuable insights for decision-making. The workshop covered popular tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, empowering participants to optimize their projects with cutting-edge technology. ✔ Dealing with Challenging Behaviors in Projects by Gergana Markova: This interactive workshop provided participants with the skills to manage challenging behaviors in project teams. Attendees gained a deeper understanding of different types of difficult personalities, learned strategies for effective communication, and discovered how to foster a positive and productive project environment. ✔ Agile and Waterfall: Friends or Foes? by Ivan Vaptsarov: This workshop deconstructed the often-misunderstood relationship between Agile and Waterfall methodologies.  Participants learned how to create effective hybrid methodologies that combine the strengths of both approaches to tailor project management strategies to individual project needs. The workshop also featured a hands-on exercise where attendees practiced building their own hybrid methodologies. We extend a heartfelt thank you to all our workshop facilitators for sharing their expertise and passion with our attendees. A big thank you also goes to all the participants for their active engagement and willingness to learn. #NextGenPMSummit #ProjectManagement #Workshops #ThankYou #PMIBulgaria
