Excited to attend Day 2 of the Global School Leaders Matter Summit! Today’s my focus is on the masterclass on #DesigningForLastingImpact, and it has been incredibly enlightening. We are delving into the key dimensions of effective school leadership development, which include: • Setting High Expectations: Establishing clear, ambitious goals for both students and staff, ensuring everyone is striving for excellence. • Focus on Learning: Prioritizing student outcomes and continuous improvement in teaching practices to enhance educational quality. • Fostering Collaboration: Creating a culture of teamwork and shared responsibility, where educators support each other and work together towards common goals. • Developing People: Investing in the growth and professional development of teachers and leaders, empowering them to reach their full potential. These elements are crucial for creating sustainable, impactful change in our schools.

World Youth Skills Day is being observed today, with the goal of empowering youth to combat unemployment and to invest in their education and training as future leaders. We are happy to give aspiring young leaders the chance to learn about the topics that most interest them as an Institute for Leadership Development and Executive Education. We believe that leadership occurs everywhere. It is a way of thinking, doing, and having particular skills rather than a title or job. Most especially, it built in me the confidence to identify and tackle challenges in my community as a young leader.
