It's simple. They want to connect with you on a deeper level. They want to learn from collective experiences. They want to be a part of something bigger. However, 99% of creators don't prioritize their audience. They just focus on mass selling. Don't fall into this trap—especially if you want to build a long-lasting community. Instead, connect with them. How? • Engage with them in community groups. • Make an effort to respond to their questions. • Facilitate conversations within your community. Understand their goals and pain points, and pave a path for them. A long-lasting community is built when people feel they belong. The key to creating this is for the community to contribute as well. A sustainable, long-lasting community cannot be built solely by the community manager's efforts.
