If your tax preparer was sloppy, had incorrect data, made mistakes, or didn't fill everything out, would you trust them? If not, then as a salesperson, if you do the same thing in the CRM, why would you expect your manager or your leadership team to trust you? Sure people will say, you can't draw conclusions about the forecast and other metrics without an updated and accurate CRM. That's true. But it's more than that. If you don't want to be micromanaged, and you want your leaders to 'trust you and leave you alone' the best way to be incredibly disciplined in your CRM. If your close dates are in the past, your notes are incomplete or missing, the dollar amounts aren't right, or you have no notes on next steps, then why would I assume the other parts of your job are ok? It brings doubt about how you write emails, the timing of your follow up, your call preparation, and all the other functions of a professional salesperson. If you want to be trusted, then demonstrate your diligence, professionalism, and competence in the little things and you will get extended the benefit of the doubt elsewhere. #sales #crm #professionalism

8,431 companies filed their accounts electronically yesterday. The accounts are published in a pdf format individually. Our extraction software captures any relevant information within the accounts and presents it in a csv format. This information can be analysed to assist companies who are dealing B2B in identifying potential prospects. Lots of useful analysis information can be gathered. From the companies yesterday: 407 have 10 or more employees. 1,625 filed their accounts for the first time. 42 companies have a fixed asset value of £1m plus. 440 companies increased staff numbers year on year. 492 companies had a drop in staff numbers year on year. Day 2 of Data Entry Academy. Today, I learned that an invoice is a document evidencing payment and different types of customer documents such as quotations, invoices, and receipts. The different kinds of invoicing software tools like Zoho Invoice and Zoho Books Invoice ng and many invoicing tools I learned the importance of invoicing and how it can be used to track sales, track debtors, customer databases, and relationship management. Generate a report in a paperless and organized manner. Also, I learned different kinds of electronic forms that can be used to collect data such as Google Forms and Jotforms. these help in keeping customer Data safe and secure in data in the cloud. it discouraged the manual collection of data and easy accessibility to customer information when needed. I also learned how to monetize the skill of invoicing by helping business owners and service providers create an invoice for every transaction and get paid for the service rendered.
