A Métis Self-Government Moment: When Can I See the Kishchi Mashinaayikun Ooshchi Michif document? 📜 The Sacred Document is still being drafted, and legally, self-government negotiations are confidential until initialed. However, MN–S staff, regional reps, and community leads will continue to be active throughout the province to discuss what a modern treaty means for MN–S citizens and communities. Once initialed, engagement sessions will be held on the draft. It will not be finalized until engagements have taken place and citizen feedback has been received. When the draft of Kishchi Mashinaayikun Ooshchi Michif has been initialed, we will be sharing it widely with citizens.
