Facing foul odour in your manufacturing unit or wastewater treatment plant? The odour can create unsuitable condition to work or survive, To rectify the odour issue, A strong odour neutralizer is required. Bio Reme Odoz, an odour neutralizer, is a blend of organic essentials that does not mask the odour molecule but tend to react with the odorous and toxic molecules to convert them into odourless and non-toxic molecules. It works perfectly on inorganic and organic source of smell. To know more about the chemistry of Bio Reme Odoz , Kindly drop a mail on bioculture@greencraftlabs.in and visit www.greencraftlabs.in to know more about us. #Greencraftlabs #BioReme #Aerationtank #Environment #Bioculture #bacteria #bioremediation #Biodegradation #innovation #wastewater #treatment #wastewatertreatment #ETP #STP #WWTP #watertreatment #treatmentofwaste #pharma #plantcomissioning #wastemanagement #EcoFriendlySolutions #CowDungAlternative #WastewaterManagement #IndustrialEffluent #Codreduction #CostEffective #ReadyToUse #MicrobialCultures #IndustrialEffluent #OdorElimination #wastewaterrecycling #waterrehabilitation #wastewatertreatmenttank #industrialwaste #wastewatertreatmentproject

It is a crucial parameter used to assess the efficiency of biological treatment processes, such as activated sludge systems. The FM ratio represents the amount of organic matter available to the microorganisms in the treatment process. Food is usually expressed as the Biochemical Oxygen Demand or Chemical Oxygen Demand of the incoming wastewater. Microorganisms can be expressed as Mixed Liquor Volatile Suspended Solids or Total Suspended Solids in the aeration tank. The FM ratio helps in understanding if the system is overloaded with organic material or if there are sufficient microorganisms to effectively treat the wastewater. Per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (#PFAS) are synthetic pollutants known to contaminate soil, ground water, drinking/waste water and food sources. The recast Drinking Water Directive limits total PFAS in drinking water to 0.5 µg/l and levels for 20 individual PFAS to 0.1 µg/l. Direct entry of PFAS into the environment can occur through fire extinguishing foam whereas indirect entry can occur through the use of consumer products or during their disposal. Long-chain PFAS remain in the human body for a long time after ingestion. In animal studies, PFAS substances have been found to impact the liver, to be carcinogenic and to reduce the fertility rate. The usage of these compounds is now strictly regulated since under normal environmental conditions, there is little or no abiotic or biotic degradation. Univar Solutions is proud to offer advanced products, empowered by the science and engineering knowledge of CHEMRA, for PFAS treatment and removal from water resources. In our technology, specific #ion #exchange #resins are used to specifically target PFAS present in drinking water, processing water for food stuff, groundwater or wastewater streams. We provide full solutions from design to commissioning. In a recent study - "Landfill leachates as a significant source for emerging pollutants of phthalic acid esters: Identification, occurrence, characteristics, fate, and transport" - landfill leachates were reviewed for emerging pollutants, specifically phtalic acid esters (PAEs). Phthalic acid esters (PAEs) are byproducts released from microplastics, cosmetics, personal care products and pharmaceuticals, in addition to many other items. The study examined the influence of landfill age on the levels of phthalic acid esters in water and provided insights into the types and concentrations of PAEs found in both leachates and soils. Improved PFAS Removal: Ionic-liquid-impregnated Activated Carbon for Water Treatment A recently published study investigated the effectiveness of ionic liquid-impregnated activated carbon (IL/AC) as an alternative to conventional activated carbon for the removal of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from drinking water. After selecting suitable ionic liquids by simulation, IL/AC was synthesized and its effectiveness was verified by various analytical techniques. Although IL/AC was initially less effective than activated carbon in treating PFAS in deionized water, its performance was less affected by surface water constituents. https://lnkd.in/dsMJge3V I believe that techniques such as those described in the study could be used in combination with efficient PFAS bioremediation methods that ASPIDIA is working on. To improve health, the environment, and clean water, we ask that you support our bioremediation research projects. #pfas #foreverchemicals #bioremediation #cleanwaters #health #enzymes

Wastewater Treatment is a crucial and significant step for the sustainability. With the industrialization and improvements, the problems are also occurring. Solution comes with the problem. Let us talk about the major problem that is being faced by major industries is ammoniacal nitrogen. Its increasing value adds toxicity in the wastewater and hinders the smooth treatment. The different bacteria been the nature's helper can reduce the problem by their action of Nitrification and Denitrification simultaneously, giving back free nitrogen back to the atmosphere. Greencraft Labs Pvt Ltd harnessed the power of selective microbes to resolve the issue of ammoniacal nitrogen to ease wastewater treatment. Bio Reme Nutrients Remover is an active bioculture to rectify ammoniacal nitrogen issue naturally. Certain bacteria can degrade the strong bonds that give "forever chemicals" their long shelf life, and this hints at potential low-cost treatments that could cleanse water of concerning PFAS. PFAS, or perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, are human-made compounds found in many products. They contain strong chemical bonds that do not easily break down, making them difficult to remove from our bodies and the environment. #medicine #medical #health #water #bacteria #pollution #chemicals

Wastewater System – Why Do We Measure COD and BOD? The Differences Wastewater treatment is crucial for safeguarding the environment and human health by removing contaminants from used water before it’s released back into natural water bodies or reused. Two key parameters used to assess the quality of wastewater are Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD). https://lnkd.in/gfm5Jhdt
