Geometric Bang has helped to transform our Changzhou plant in China with the latest instalment of our vibrant #SocialArt by #Lincotek project! The Italian artist – who’s renowned for his wall paintings, graphic works and drawings – specializes in geometric shapes that feature animals, faces and hands, as well as two-dimensional objects and kaleidoscopic color. His creation in Changzhou, north west of Shanghai, is designed to capture the artistic, historical, architectural and naturalistic culture of the city. He incorporates symbols such as the dragon, the dinosaur and the temple, alongside images of nature – flowers, trees, rivers and lakes. At the same time, he reflects the important work that Lincotek does in the medical sector – supporting the production of cutting-edge prosthetics. The people featured in the artwork represent the #Lincotekers, working in a harmonious way, while the color palette reflects that used on prosthetic products. The future, meanwhile, is represented by the imposing structures that populate the cityscape and co-exist with China’s ancient history. It’s a new instalment of #SocialArt project, launched for the #Lincotek50 celebration in 2023 - a living demonstration of our philosophy: to inspire #creativity, #innovation and #collaboration, while bringing beauty to the company and the local community.
