5 things you must have after go-live As many FIs begin looking at different AI providers to enhance the way they serve their customers, it is important to understand the after go-live access and controls. 1. How much service coverage will you have at go-live and how easy is it to add new intents (use cases) addressing needs of your customers? 2. How easy is it to change a response, such as adding a quick announcement to your welcome message or modify a link? 3. Can you change your call routing by intent (use case) and by hour, addressing staffing needs and or skills? 4. Is it easy to see what callers are doing so that you can make changes or react to their behaviors? 5. Can you leverage GenAI if you want to tailor a response, create an intent, or determine what action to take? Customer adoption is important. Having visibility and access to make changes is critical.
