What are your kind of predictions for the UK housing market over the next five years? I've read a lot of stuff of concerns about it, about there being a bit of a crash, particularly after what you mentioned about the mistrust stuff. But what the next five years? How do you see the property market playing out in the UK? Price is up 20% because I'm not an economist. I read a lot of economists staff who have way more intelligent than me and I just regurgitate it in maybe sometimes the more of a easier to understand. And I really, really love reading the Saviles property market updates and the reason for that. Is because they're hugely intelligent people and two when you read a property market update you read right move house price index means nothing generally based on asking prices sellers can tell estate agents what they want the house put on the market at that has no relevance really to to what's going on activity levels yeah in the South figures no you've got the nationwide the Halifax kind of house price indexes that's only one on 70% of the market because 30% of transactions are cash and only the mortgages that they're lending on. So it's not whole market thing you're allowing registry which is 6 months. Date.

Broker Bucks While it’s still very early and the existing housing market is profoundly weak, preliminary evidence shows real estate agent commissions declining since new rules went into effect in mid-August following a landmark legal settlement. From mid-August through early October, average commissions received by buyer agents were 2.28% compared to 2.65% over the prior year. Interestingly, seller agent commissions also declined, going from 2.98% to 2.69%. These declines follow economic theory.
