Power-On Possibility’s Post

Even McKinsey, strategic business consultants, are giving permission to use the "S" word... Spirituality matters. It matters to our emotional and mental health. The point is not what you believe, but that you believe in something bigger than yourself. It's that you have a sense of purpose and meaning and feel connected to others. THIS creates mental health. We are social creatures and need each other, not just to survive but to thrive. We are living in times where are minds and emotions can be vulnerable more than ever to the "great malaise" - a sense of listlessness, depression, loss of hope, disengagement. It's necessary to have daily practices, inspirations and teachings that help you stay focused, motivated, engaged and uplifted - even though...even though you have challenges, you see scary, awful stuff happening in the world. Magic is possible, despite appearances. What is the true meaning of the word magic? The seemingly impossible becomes possible. What if you believed, just for today? #mindsetmatters #poweronpossibility #makemagichappen #mentalhealth
