Can you really have a healthy relationship without conflict? Really, it's useful to remember that the thing that's going on in our brains at the very core of this is our need to feel safe. If we feel like we are becoming unsafe in a conversation, then we will react, seeking a style of communication that allows both people to listen to. Heard, understood and were more of a collaborative mindset. Yeah, that's a much healthier place to come from. So make that your intention in all relationships. Not dealing with conflict, leaves that residue over time and will damage trust. And trust, as we know, is the cornerstone of business, personal or relationships.
