Okay, let’s talk about something super cool—your liver! Did you know it’s the only organ in your body that can pull off a superhero move? If 75% of it is removed (ouch, right?), it can still grow back to its full size in just a few weeks! Mind-blowing, isn’t it? That’s why liver transplants can work with just a small portion from a donor. Seriously, your liver is more than just a detox champ—it’s the ultimate comeback king! So, treat it right—it deserves all the love! 💚 Contact us: +91 90477 77977 or 98439 30200 Visit: www.ppg.edu.in #PhysioTraining #physicaltherapy #physicaltherapyassistant #physicaltherapystudent #sportrehabilitation #DidYouKnow #liverhealth #awareness #collegestudent #healthandwellness

Have you been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis or another autoimmune condition? Do you have brain fog, fatigue, nerve symptoms and more? For this week’s episode of the Reawaken Your Health podcast, we discussed how to improve mitochondrial health to improve energy and vitality with naturopathic physician and author, Dr. Debra Muth. Dr. Muth wrote the book, "If Not MS, Then What?" to describe her journey into solving her sudden health changes that began in 2022. Dr. Muth described her fall from health into numbness, neck pain, fatigue, memory issues and much more. She even had brain MRI scans that showed white matter disease, which is typically a sign of infection or toxins until proven otherwise. We discussed the approach Dr. Muth took, including treating a chronic Lyme disease infection, addressing mold toxicity, optimizing her hormones and brain retraining of the prefrontal cortex. She goes into more detail why she needed to work on each of these issues and the benefits of each. She also touched on improving mitochondrial health. She mentioned what the mitochondria do for us and how we can improve their function in our cells. We also explored lifestyle changes that are critical to our mitochondria, including addressing stress, environmental toxins, sleep issues and diet. We touched on some solutions for each of these areas. Dr. Muth has over two decades of experience in treating complex chronic illnesses. Because she was able to resolve her symptoms despite a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, she has a unique and comprehensive approach to restoring health. SPRAY VS. PILLS - WHAT IS MORE EFFECTIVE? Sprays begin at the source of your symptoms, working around the affected area instead of travelling around your body, like a pill does. After dissolving in your stomach the pill will enter your blood before finally reaching the source of the problem. The spray begins to work within minutes whereas pills take up to thirty minutes to begin working. If you only want to use the medication once daily, Nanocare nasal spray is very beneficial, lasting between 10 to 12 hours. If you’re worried about side effects or how the cold medicines will affect your sleep, Nanocare nasal spray will minimise these concerns. #nanocare #trending #viral #healthexpert #nasalspray #breathe #nasal #nasalbreathing To explore more details about our products and place an order, please visit: Website: www.manufacturer.vn Email: Salesmanager@manufacturer.vn Phone/ Whatsapp: (+84) 93 638 68 61

🫁 Why we say “take a cleansing breath” ➡️ It’s not just cleansing for the mind but actually detoxifying for the body to breathe deeply. With every deep breath, oxygen floods our cells and tissues—allowing them to function at a more optimal level and to process and metabolize waste better. Our lungs are one of our main organs of detoxification, along with the liver, gut, kidneys, lymphatics, and skin. So consider this your reminder… To take a deep breath. #healthydetoxification #everydaydetoxification #detoxsupport #deepbreathing #thyroidhealth #TSH #T4 #T3 #Thyroidgland#thyroidproblems #hashimotos #thyroid #thyroidawareness#thyroidsupport #thyroiddoctor #thyroidfunctionalmedicine#brainfog #thyroidfatigue #hypothyroid #hypothyroidism#hypothyroidsymptoms #hashimotossymptoms

A lot of us spend our days glued to screens, but our eyes are actually made to focus on things both near and far. To help with eye strain and dryness, give the 20-20-20 rule a shot. Every 20 minutes, take a moment to look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Just like any other muscle, our eyes need a little exercise too! “You deserve to be heard” ™ #circadianrhythm #circadianbiology #hormonesupport #circadianhealth #mitochondria #hormonehealing #hormonebalancing #mitochondrialhealth #mitochondrialdysfunction #adrenalfatiguerecovery
