Social Media Management: Skillfully handled both LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, designing posts and curating content that aligns with our brand's message and goals. Employee Appreciation: Managed and conducted monthly dinners ensuring a healthy and motivated workspace. Celebrating 4 incredible years at Augtech Nextwealth IT Services Private Limited Today marks my 4th anniversary at Augtech Nextwealth IT Services Private Limited, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the journey so far. Highlights of My Journey: Growth: From my first day to now, the personal and professional growth I've experienced is tremendous. Whether it's mastering new skills or tackling complex projects, every challenge has been a stepping stone towards becoming a better professional. Teamwork: Working alongside such talented and dedicated colleagues has been a privilege. The companionship and support within our team have made every task enjoyable and every goal achievable. Innovation: Being part of a company that values innovation and continuous improvement has been inspiring. I've had the chance to contribute to groundbreaking projects and see our efforts make a real impact. Mentorship and Support: I am immensely grateful for the guidance and encouragement from my mentors and leaders. Their insights and advice have been invaluable in shaping my career path. Commitment to Quality: Being part of a team that values quality in every aspect has been truly inspiring. We all need a partner to be successful

Genuinely cannot believe it has been 5 years since I started at The Distance! I know a common question is where do you see yourself in 5 years time? I think it is impossible to answer that question, because so much changes within 1 year, let alone 5! At The Distance, I have worked as a Project Manager, Account Manager and now Head of Partner Success. I have learnt a huge amount from everyone I have worked with, but particular shout-outs to: Anthony Main - some of what he says about stays lodged in my brain, and I find myself regurgitating knowledge, passing it off as my own of course! Louise Toal - The Distance - Listening to what I think are genius thoughts and then actually advising a better approach... Gemma Oliver - Creating the structure that makes the sales-to-project life so much easier and always someone I can bounce off. James Paton - Always asks a great question and has a different way of thinking, which again, I have shamelessly stolen to pass off as my own Plus of course, everyone else I have worked with whilst at The Distance, too many to mention, but I have learnt something from all of you! Finally, within the last year or so I have had the opportunity to work with Fiona Chorlton-Voong and Ryan Hall learning about Marketing and Sales outreach, which has been invaluable. I have really appreciated them answering my questions and keeping things simple! Here is to the next 5 years!

This month, I’m celebrating my 2nd anniversary at Miviso. How did I feel when starting this new journey? Well, at the beginning, I felt scared and lost. 😱 (Of course, they didn't know about this.) 😀😉 I knew how to overcome challenges and difficult situations, but would I be as effective in a new industry, working with different people, and adjusting to a new team and clients? After two years, I'm excited to share what's been helping me along the way: ✔️𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 Stay curious, ask questions, and be willing to admit that you don't know everything. No one comes fully prepared, even in senior roles. ✔️𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 Share your thoughts, plans, and challenges openly. This ensures timely help, not just during adaptation but always. ✔️𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 Don't sacrifice what's important to you for a good first impression. Think long-term. ✔️𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 I believe in the power of sharing knowledge to create an environment where everyone can learn and excel. ✔️𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐬 Prioritize collective success over individual glory. Praise what went well and offer suggestions for improvement. ✔️𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 Be responsible for your actions, especially when things go wrong. Learn from mistakes and demonstrate integrity and accountability. ✔️𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 (𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦) 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 Acknowledge hard work and dedication, and celebrate achievements, big or small.
