As I sat and thought about the ways in which PR could be utilised better, the world of post purchase engagement seemed to be an underserved arena worth exploring.So much of what public relations is asked to do is about grabbing attention and attracting customers, investors, or other audiences toward a product, service, brand, or company. This relentless pursuit of attracting the new and creating news is so all-consuming that we often forget it is just the beginning of the communication journey. What happens after the customer buys the product or the investment is made?Post-purchase experience plays a big role in creating a lasting reputational impact (good or bad) and this part of the PR puzzle tends to get far less focus than it should. #WPRD2024 World PR Day
