🌟 Finding Balance in Remote Work Working from home has its challenges, especially when it comes to balancing work and life. I recently read about the "3.3 Rule" by John Briggs, which suggests a great way to manage our workday. The idea is to work for three hours and then take a break for about 54 minutes. This approach isn't just about taking breaks but improving focus and happiness. I'd love to hear from you all: 👉 Have you tried any methods to help balance work and personal life? 👉 How do you avoid burnout and keep productive at home? I approached my manager about working from home permanently. Unfortunately, the answer was no. While I understand the concerns about in-person work, I wonder how many companies are missing out on the benefits of remote flexibility less commute time, more productivity, and better work life balance. Would love to hear your thoughts on this. #WorkFromHomeDebate #WorkplaceCulture #Productivity #Leadership

"Karnataka IT firms propose a 14-hour workday — are they innovating productivity or setting a new standard for burnout? 🕒💼 This could not be a right step because 14 hours work schedule means no personal life for an employee, in fact long hours never guarantee increased productivity, if the work demands, employees do extend their working hours however making such a drastic move will only make things worst. We were discussing about work life balance and hybrid models, other countries are moving towards 4 days a week culture and here we want to keep pushing employees to the end of their limits! #karnatakanews #workinghours #worklifebalance

TOPIC- Working 70 hours a week to improve productivity and contribute in growth of the country. My Views:- What needs to be improved is not the hours but the actual input. Proper management of time, assets and providing a healthy work culture should be focused to increase productivity. There are countless examples where work life balance has more impact and even working 4 days/week have given more productivity. It is quite a basic logic you want smart people to perform tasks or want to hire mules to just drench out monotous work. Conclusion:- Lastly, it is hence proved all successful people are actually not smart some of them are pure idiots and here I don’t feel to be politically correct. #70hoursworkweek #inhuman #worklifebalance #mentalhealth #linkedin #corporate #IT #voice

Finding the #PerfectBalance: #IdealWorkingHours #PerWeek In today's fast-paced professional world, the debate about ideal working hours continues to spark interest. Some advocate for the traditional 40-hour workweek, while others champion shorter hours to enhance productivity and work-life balance, Studies suggest that working smarter, not longer, is the key to success. Overworking can lead to burnout, reduced creativity, and poor mental health, whereas well-structured work hours promote: ○ Higher productivity ◦ Better decision-making Enhanced work-life harmony Countries experimenting with shorter workweeks (like 4-day workweeks) report improved employee satisfaction and even increased output in some cases! So, what's the sweet spot? It varies by industry and role, but the consensus leans towards 30-40 hours per week, with time allocated for breaks, collaboration, and personal development. What's your take on ideal working hours? Are shorter workweeks the future, or is the 40-hour standard here to stay? Let's discuss! #WorkLifeBalance #Productivity #FutureOfWork #CareerDevelopment
