Caregiver Collaboration: The Heart of Lasting Progress in ABA In ABA, progress doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it happens when we work together with the families and caregivers who know our clients best. 🏡💡 Caregiver collaboration isn’t just an extra step—it’s essential. When caregivers are active participants in setting goals, implementing strategies, and celebrating successes, we see the most meaningful and lasting change. It’s not about us doing it all, but about empowering families to carry forward the work we start. 👏 What’s one way you’ve engaged caregivers this week? Let’s celebrate the power of teamwork! #CaregiverCollaboration #ABACommunity #FamilyFirst #BCBALife #TogetherWeGrow

🌟 Exciting Announcement! 🌟We're thrilled to inaugurate a new chapter in our caregiver chronicles with a compelling segment aimed at connecting with you on a deeper level. Our mission is simple yet profound: to share the stories that define us, starting with an intimate exploration of Mom's remarkable journey. This segment serves as an invitation—a doorway into understanding not just the role of caregiving but the individuals behind it. It's a tribute to the intricacies of our lives, the threads that weave the fabric of our experiences, and the moments that shape us. Join us on this journey of discovery as we unravel the tale of Mom's life, from the segregated town of Palestine, Texas, to the bustling streets of California. Each step has been pivotal, influencing the narratives of resilience and strength that we embody today. Moreover, this exploration goes beyond reminiscing about the past; it seeks to uncover the hidden connections between early life experiences and the challenges we face as caregivers. It's an opportunity to contemplate the impact of our histories on our present roles, inviting reflection and understanding. Our goal remains clear: to foster a deeper connection, allowing you to glimpse into our lives, understand our stories, and, in turn, share yours. Let's embark on this journey together and unravel the intricate layers that define us. ✨ #CaregiverChroniclesblog #JourneyOfDiscovery #FamilyStories #endalz

Recently, there has been an unfortunate trend happening in our industry, that of some folks pushing a narrative that franchise offices are somehow divorced from the areas they serve. That could not be further from the truth. Local Franchisees are local business owners. They employ local people, volunteer for local organizations, and donate to local causes. At CarePatrol of Western Michigan - Capital Region, our team of Care Transition Managers have spent much of their career in healthcare working in our territory. They have long-standing roots in the local healthcare industry. In my case, our territory encompasses my hometown, the place I went to college, and the cities where I worked my first jobs. I served in local government in a township that our franchise currently operates in. The advantage of the a franchise is that our locally owned offices have a larger network of resources and fellow-placement agents that can provide uniform services to our clients. We can help connect folks to people who share our values and conform to our processes, generating the best outcomes possible.
We recently received an incredible review that we just had to share with you all: "We were in a bind - we had 6 days to find my mom and dad respite care together after my dad’s rehab! Audrey talked us through pricing, options, availability, and even offered to expand our search beyond her region. She toured one facility with us and made arrangements for another tour for us while we were just outside the exit of the first! Her relationships with facilities helped us get quick responses and ultimately a great place for my parents, who actually moved in on the 5th day, one day ahead of the deadline!" At CarePatrol, we always go the extra mile to ensure your loved ones find the perfect care. Audrey's dedication and expertise are just one example of how we make a difference. Need assistance finding care for your loved ones? Visit our website here: Carepatrol.com/WMCR or call us directly: 📞 616.773.2085 for Western Michigan 📞 517.275.4848 for Capital Region Thank you for trusting us with your family's care needs! 💙 #CarePatrol #FamilyCare #RespiteCare #SeniorCare #TestimonialTuesday

What's the one thing that changes everything in senior care? It's not just about the care we give, but the conversations we have! Today's chat is all about the heart of great care: 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. I had the chance to bring our wonderful PSW Edna to meet Jenny, the daughter of one of our clients. Jenny's been her dad's rock, his primary caregiver, and she knows the ins and outs of his daily needs like nobody else. At Proximity Care, we don't just drop by to deliver care; we dive deep into conversation. 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺 is our motto, and it starts with these face-to-face moments where we align our care with the family's insights. It's all about being on the same page, from family members to our PSWs to clients like Jenny's dad. ↳ Because when we talk, we learn. And when we learn, we can follow through with a care plan that's just right. 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿, 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗸𝘀, ↳ the best care is about partnership→ And a good chat can make all the difference. #CommunicationIsKey #ProximityCare #CaregiverSupport #InHomeCare P.S. If you're looking for care that listens, we're all ears. Let's make care plans that really speak to you and your loved ones.
