Good Tip, but Caustic is Corrosive and on long run, it will damage kettle. There are better green alternatives, even from us

Why is caustic soda is used. It has severe health hazards to the user and also if not properly handled to the user as a guest. There are subtle non corrosive chemicals that cannae used. Infact most Hotels have done away with caustic. This is dangerous practice. The boy is not even wearing proper PPE and the same is filmed and put up. Very strange.
