You Can't Get New DSC From 30th April | Digital Signature | Do This | PAN Aadhar Linking New Update DSC cannot be processed now, if PAN not Linked with Aadhaar As per the new government guidelines, with effect from 30th April 2024, for PAN Verification, while making a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), the user’s name, Permanent Account Number (PAN), and Date of Birth, should match with the Income Tax Data and the PAN should be linked with Aadhar, then only the PAN will be accepted for processing the DSC. As per the new government guidelines, DSC will be approved for processing only if the user's PAN is linked with Aadhar. If PAN and Aadhar are not linked, DSC can't be applied. Today, 17 Feb, the DSC takes effect, and Member States are supposed to have their Digital Service Coordinator (DSC) appointed. The EC website however shows 9 blank fields. Those MSs are in the proces of appointing their DSC, and seem to have made their choice (see below). Within BEREC it has long been exciting who of the regulators would get this competence. Finally it is clear, and to me, it seems that many more BEREC-members (19) will have the competences than initially expected. Nevertheless, coordination between coordinators will happen outside BEREC. https://lnkd.in/ebq6eEf8
