We tend to take the things that come most naturally to us for granted. But it is exactly these things that comes most naturally to us that are our superpowers and that give us information about what our gifts talents and strengths are. When clients come to me seeking to know and understand what their gifts, talents, and strengths are so that they can discover their professional and personal direction, make the right choices, and thrive in their career and/or business, leadership, and life, one of the areas we explore together is their nature and the things that they do that comes most naturally to them. For some it has been organizing, for others it has been connecting with people, or cutting through all the 'noise' and understanding the right solution, creating beautiful works of art, creating community, noticing what isn't working and making the right corrections, noticing all the details in any given situation, being in tune with the emotions of others, and on and on. What is it that comes most naturally to you? What role do you most naturally tend to play in a team, family, or group? Take note of these things and understand them as the gifts that you bring and the contribution you are here to make.
