Facing service issues with Axis Bank! 1️⃣ Unable to update my mobile number for my Axis Bank credit card despite multiple attempts. 2️⃣ After discussing the issue with the Phone Banking and Credit Card Cancellation team, I was advised to visit the nearest branch for resolution. Today, I visited the #DeltaAxisBankbranch in Bhubaneswar, where the staff attempted to update my number but informed me of a name mismatch in the Axis Bank database. 🧐 Surprisingly, my name is printed correctly on the credit card! If that's the case, why is there a mismatch in the database? This kind of glitch is unacceptable for a reputed bank. The entire process has been extremely time-consuming and frustrating. I did not expect such poor service and lack of attention to detail from Axis Bank. 👉 Request: Please resolve this issue at the earliest and ensure that such errors don’t happen again.
