Facing service issues with Axis Bank! 1️⃣ Unable to update my mobile number for my Axis Bank credit card despite multiple attempts. 2️⃣ After discussing the issue with the Phone Banking and Credit Card Cancellation team, I was advised to visit the nearest branch for resolution. Today, I visited the #DeltaAxisBankbranch in Bhubaneswar, where the staff attempted to update my number but informed me of a name mismatch in the Axis Bank database. 🧐 Surprisingly, my name is printed correctly on the credit card! If that's the case, why is there a mismatch in the database? This kind of glitch is unacceptable for a reputed bank. The entire process has been extremely time-consuming and frustrating. I did not expect such poor service and lack of attention to detail from Axis Bank. 👉 Request: Please resolve this issue at the earliest and ensure that such errors don’t happen again. IndusInd Bank: A Tale of Misdelivered Welcome Kits, Frozen Accounts & Unhelpful IVR Systems I'm facing severe issues with IndusInd Bank. Despite providing my correct Maharashtra address during account opening (matching my Aadhaar), my welcome kit was mysteriously delivered to an unknown address in Uttar Pradesh. Due to the non-receipt of the kit, my account has been suspended. Visiting the nearest branch yielded no assistance. They claimed my address was "automatically updated," despite the address change option being available within their app. To further complicate matters, the provided customer service numbers (1860-267-7777 & +022 4406 6666) are practically unusable. The IVR system is riddled with issues: *Account Authentication: Repeatedly rejects my account number. *Debit Card Authentication: Rejects valid expiry date formats (MMYY & MMYYYY). *Lack of Guidance: No instructions provided for card expiry date format. My initial complaint regarding this issue was 67770289 and was closed without my consent. This has been ongoing for months, and I'm still unable to use my account. I'm genuinely baffled: *How and why was my welcome kit delivered to a wrong address? *If this was an error on your part, why am I bearing the consequences? I immediately called ICICI Bank customer care. The customer care executive was not able to answer the reason and for each question she was either asking me to check with nearest bank branch or putting call on hold. She wasted my time there. Today(12-04-2024) I visited the CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai branch. Here Deputy Manager was not able to provide me the resolution. I just asked two questions "Why have you guys closed my account without closure request from myside?" & "Why you guys haven't sent any intimation over the mail/call for account closure?" I was there in the branch for almost one and half hour, but no clear answer was given to me. I asked to speak with Branch Manager, but they told me that she is in meeting. Then I asked to speak with Regional head, but they told me that he is on leave. Finally on the last escalation matrix, I called Principal Nodel Officer on 022-39337979, but my call was on queue and my number was 15. After spending 25 mins on a call, my number moved from 15 to 13 and then I disconnected the call. Meanwhile Deputy Manager told me that I have to wait for revert till evening. I went again in evening for the update, where again Deputy Manager was clueless. I again asked to speak with Branch Manager, where they told that she is in branch, but busy in meeting and I have to wait for 5 mins. But she came after 20-25 mins and she was also clueless on this. They gave me below different reasons, but they themselves were not sure on any of these. 1. KRA is not done. 2. Account was opened online during Covid period and so physical sign and photo was missing. Later on they checked again in system and they found sign and photo present in the system. - please note that I opened account by visiting the branch. 3. Physical form is not available. - I don't know why because I opened account by visiting branch. Lastly Branch Manager also told me that we marked a mail internally to check the reason for account closure and asked a time till Monday (15-04-2024). I have below questions and pain points. 1. Why was my salary account closed without closure request from myside?" 2. Why you guys haven't sent any intimation over the mail/call for account closure? 3. I have this account from last 3 years. So if any issue was there in account, then why waited for 3 years. 4. I want to open the same account with same account number. If it's not possible, then give me a clarity on below two questions. 5. My this account is linked in EPFO, SIPs, Salary and many more places. If I will be charged due to failure in payment or bounce due to this account closure, who will bare the cost if any charges? 6. Who will help me to arrange change the Bank info in all my related places?

What is this HDFC Bank? Your employees of Sarat Bose Road branch, Kolkata are calling, and intruding on my work hours and my house (my private space) unannounced. He even somehow managed to access Immersive Trails Global's IndusInd Bank account and told me the exact balance (to the paise) it had, and wanted me to transfer the money to HDFC. This is #CyberCrime! What kind of customer harassment is this? What will it take to get professional banking services in Kolkata?

Hi #connections Recently I had a flight from Bangalore to Jaipur at 11:45 PM. Left home early at 6 PM. Took around 2 hours to reach Bangalore Airport. Did all the security check-ins by 9 PM. Thought of having dinner in the airport lounge, I went to the location and stood in line. When my number came, the attendant asked for the card. I took out my purse and gave my HDFC card, she inserted it in the machine and responded with the words "this card is not valid", (just for the information I used the same card 2 months back). I thought no worries, I have got more arrows than her denials. Then I gave Axis One, the same story. Then went for the SBI one, same response. Tried three other banks same reply. Reason for the denial: 1. Either the bank has changed the rules for that specific card 2. This card works in Terminal 2 (and changing of the terminal is not possible) Now why am I reciting this incident, It is because there is some kind of transparency that should be there with these credit card companies. I am paying a good amount of annual renewal fees, while selling they never forget to oversell the lounge access part, and once the partner reaches there, suddenly the rules get changed. ICICI Bank is also trying to cover up the issue of harassment of my aged parents and no action was taken against Kolkata Regional Office. Replies are cut copy paste jobs given by BPS employees. Request everyone to avoid using #icicibank The issue is continuing since February 2021. No action has been taken by ICICI Bank senior management as they did not respond to my mails after reporting the matter. Such is the condition of ICICI Bank that there Head Of Quality is indirectly coercing me not to highlight this issues to #RBI #Consumerforum and they will continue to harass me and my family for the same. The Social Media handle of the bank is also reacting in a predictable manner. In India we are basically fleeced by banks like #icici and Reserve Bank of India and Ministry of Finance , GOI is doing nothing to stop this organized loot. My question to #icicibank #reservebankofindia #Ministryoffinance Government of India how can I be charged for 15 Months running when the due EMIs were paid for which I have documented evidence and Mails? Such is the audacity of ICICI Bank and it's employees they didn't contact me nor helped me in getting resolution since the last 7 days. ICICI Bank replying the same and is maintaining the illegal charges and want to cover up the harassment of my aged father and mother. ICICI Bank and the concerned Credit Manager alongwith the collection executive is responsible for the death of my father. No action was taken by ICICI Bank against the concerned employees and now harassing me to tone down the complaint and recover from me illegal charges through physical and mental harassment by its collection team, phone and WhatsApp 24*7.

Unfortunately, difficulty in getting a bank locker isn't unique to Aman Agrawal, it is more common than you think. The simple reason is that the demand for safe deposit storage far exceeds the supply in the big cities. 👉 What you should know: RBI has issued guidelines to banks that mandate them to: 1) Display the locker availability and pricing in every branch clearly where customers can see it (eg. notice board) 2) No upselling of other products (eg. HDFC Bank HDFC Limited Hi Guys, Let me tell you about the Bank Locker allotment fraud which could save you weeks of effort. I have been a Loyal HDFC Customer for the last 10 years with an excellent banking history. I have been following up with HDFC for a Locker since 2016 (Yes) in their Wakad Branch Pune. They have kept my name written in their waiting list which doesn't seem to be moving since 9 years as per the Manager. Well, I do get calls from them to come to the office once in a while for a Locker where they ask me to buy a Costly 10 lakhs FD or a crap ULIP policy to claim the locker. On denying, they would refute any availability on your face after calling you for the Locker. The system is normalised so well that even a Personal Banker does the same when asked for the update. On researching around, I realised, "Managers either take a Bribe to give you a Locker or sell you a costly product which earns them commission equal to the Bribe to give you a locker." There is no waiting list clearance and there is NO WAY OUT! So if you are planning to get one, don't invest your efforts (Until unless you are fool enough to invest money in a useless product) because you won't get anything in return. It is more than a month, submitting required documents, for opening a current account with Porur, Chennai branch of Axis Bank Bank and till today it is neither opened nor clear reasons spelt out for the inordinate delay in opening. Neither the branch Manager is contactable as there is no contactable number nor escalating to known higher ups are yielding results. My initial contribution of Rs. 40000 has gone out of my Savings Bank account by 3rd June 24 (we are on 18th Jun) and sitting in a float account. Iam losing financial interest on this amount as my current account is not active. SLA' s are in paper that current account will be opened within 3 days.Reality is totally different. There are 3 more banks asking me to submit the docs, but since I don't require more than one current account I have been waiting patieeeeently. AXIS BANK has not been customer centric. May be only large corporates are treated as customers.
