Totally energized after today's impactful discussions as part of the University of Cambridge ThinkLab and Google Disability Alliance, led by dear friends Aurelia Deflandre, Tyler Shores, Amaia Robertson Nogues, and Lily Rose Fitzmaurice So good to hear from peers like Tristan Lavender Rusty Keogh and Tom Norrish about the impactful roles of ERGs and the great work they're doing in their companies. I was lucky to be on a great panel with Kwanele Nomoyi , Yuna Gutmann, and Colm McNamee, talking about intersectionality. I spoke about who gets left out in Neurodiversity conversations, why positioning Neurodiversity as a superpower can be problematic, the impact of trauma, and how some people cannot bring their full selves to work due to the traumatic events of the last 12 months. It was great to hear from Monika Chaba on the great work the European Commission is doing about defining definitions of disability and the whole program. Hope I get an acknowledgment if they ever do a TikTok account to disseminate all the great work they do! 😂 So good to meet so many people who care passionately about disability inclusion. Well done to everyone who made this event happen and contributed to the rich discussion.

The wall display includes several framed images and text elements, some of which mention "Think Lab", "Google", "Awareness to Action", and "Strategies for Neurodiversity and Disability Inclusion". The frames appear to be mounted in a grid-like pattern, creating a visually striking and organized display. This is great Praveen - so important to consider who gets left out of these conversations and it really resonates with me, as a South Asian neurodivergent woman working in this area.
