Experience with startups, particularly the B2B segment has been very bad as they are mostly fraud or spineless.Its like any Tom,Dick,Harry is opening a Fintech and cheat employees and partners. There are about 6000 Fintechs in India,some are existing,some are on papers and some have disappeared with partners' and employees'(salary & reimbursements)money. So while joining Start-ups be very very cautious.Properly make your verifications.B2C are ok but B2B should be strictly verified.
