Not having access to the right data and metrics can cost organizations $. Less engaged employees = higher turnover and less productivity, and higher turnover means higher costs associated with recruiting, training, and time to productivity. These things are all correlated, but with the right metrics can give companies a holistic view of their company to be more proactive.
