Hi everyone, my name is Anushka Kulkarni and today I want to take a minute to talk about how a scrum master can handle a scope creep during this filter. So scope creep or scope changes are inevitable part of any project and there are various ways a scrum master can handle it. The first thing would be to evaluate the impact. Uh, Scrum Master can make sure that the changes that are coming in, the scope creep that are coming in are aligned with the Sprint Goal. And the thermostat can reach out to the Product Owner so that the Product or Sprint backlogs are prioritized. So we Scrum Master can work on reassigning the priorities along with the Product Owner. To manage scope creep and our scrum master can also, you know, protect the team, protect the team so that the team is not distracted by all these changes and lose sight of what is important and what is what is to be picked next. So this can be done by working with the product owner and the prioritizing it, prioritizing various Sprint backlogs. And we have to always manage, manage expectations. And this can be done clearly with a very important tool called communication. So communication can happen at any stages of the Sprint. And through proper communication, I think we can manage the Scrum MasterCard, manage scope creep or changes in this group. And the last thing is the reflection, which is a very important part of the Sprint. That is the Sprint, Sprint retrospection, Scrum Master can facilitate. The sprinters retrospection and the whole team can reevaluate on these changes. So these were these are some of the various ways scope script can be handled. Hope it helps. Thank you.
