Conflict doesn’t just happen between two people— 𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁. For one person, a situation may make perfect sense from a rational perspective. For the other, it stirs up emotions that can't be explained away by logic alone. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀.
